  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Marinate flank steak with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill steak for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steak from grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine avocados, tomatillos, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño to make the salsa verde.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain.
  7. Serve steak topped with avocado salsa verde.
