A delicious caramel pecan upside down cake infused with cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan, then pour into a cake pan.
- Arrange pecans over the caramel mixture.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk and dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
- Pour batter over the pecans and caramel.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
