Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan, then pour into a cake pan.
  3. Arrange pecans over the caramel mixture.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  6. Add milk and dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
  7. Pour batter over the pecans and caramel.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
