Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brewed caramel macchiato coffee
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter to the bananas; mix well.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
- Pour in the brewed caramel macchiato and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the caramel sauce.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
