This caramel chocolate coffee cheesecake combines rich flavors for a delicious dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the cooled coffee, caramel sauce, and chopped chocolate.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Top with extra caramel sauce and chocolate shavings if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
