Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in caramel sauce and chopped caramel candies.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
