A rich and creamy dessert combining caramel, brownie, and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 package brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and half of the caramel sauce.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Swirl in remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for best results.
- Use homemade or store-bought caramel sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
