Ingredients

  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
  7. Swirl in remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
