- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the diced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix gently to combine all ingredients.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Serve with crackers or sliced bread.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder.
- This dip can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Top with additional fresh basil before serving.
