A delicious and easy caprese chicken casserole with fresh ingredients.

			- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
 - 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
 - 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
 - Drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
 - Serve warm and enjoy.

- Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
 - Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
