A classic Italian dessert filling for cannoli shells.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Chill the filling for at least 30 minutes before using.
- Spoon the filling into cannoli shells just before serving.
Notes
- Use whole milk ricotta for better texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Store leftover filling in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
