Description

Cannelloni filled with ricotta and spinach, topped with marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 cannelloni tubes
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, half of the Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each cannelloni tube with the cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place filled cannelloni in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
