Sweet and chewy candied orange slices perfect for snacking or as a garnish.
Ingredients

- 2 large oranges
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Slice the oranges into thin rounds.
- In a pot, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add orange slices to the pot and simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Remove slices and place on a wire rack to cool.
- Once cooled, dust with extra sugar if desired.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use for decoration on cakes or desserts.
- Can be dipped in chocolate for a different taste.
