Ingredients

- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, onions, and garlic.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, and salt over the top.
- Mix corn and black beans into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
