Delicious nachos made over a campfire.
Ingredients

- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
Instructions
- Prepare a campfire and let it burn down until you have hot coals.
- Layer the tortilla chips in a cast iron skillet.
- Add cheese, black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the chips.
- Cover the skillet with aluminum foil.
- Place the skillet over the hot coals for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove the skillet from the fire and top with sour cream and guacamole.
- Serve immediately.
