Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steak tips for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions and drain.
  8. Add rigatoni and steak tips to the sauce, stirring to combine.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
