Description

Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
  6. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Add cream and cheese, stirring until melted.
  8. Combine cooked pasta and steak, mixing well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice level by varying the Cajun seasoning.
  • Use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
