Description

Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
  6. Cook garlic until fragrant.
  7. Boil elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  8. Drain macaroni and add to the skillet with garlic.
  9. Add milk and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
  10. Return steak to the skillet and mix well.
  11. Season with salt and black pepper.
  12. Serve hot.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
  • Use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • Can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp.
