Description
Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells in a skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak pieces with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
- Cook garlic until fragrant.
- Boil elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain macaroni and add to the skillet with garlic.
- Add milk and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
- Return steak to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp.
