Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked fettuccine and steak to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
