Description
Cajun steak alfredo is a creamy pasta dish with a spicy kick, featuring tender steak and fettuccine.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine and steak to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
