Description
A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs using cajun shrimp.
Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the yolk mixture until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped shrimp and green onions.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust cajun seasoning to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
