Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Prepare the seafood by peeling and deveining shrimp if necessary.
- In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil, then add salt and 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning.
- Add the small potatoes to the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes until fork-tender, then add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and crab legs, sprinkle in the remaining Cajun seasoning and minced garlic, and cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and crab legs are heated through.
- Drain the seafood boil and serve on a large platter or newspaper, drizzled with melted butter and garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
