  • Water: 4 quarts for boiling

  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Salt: to taste
  • Butter: 1/2 cup, melted for serving
  • Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the seafood by peeling and deveining shrimp if necessary.
  3. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil, then add salt and 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning.
  4. Add the small potatoes to the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes until fork-tender, then add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
