- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1 cup salmon, cooked and flaked
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add lobster, crab, and salmon to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately.
