  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and sausage, cooking until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in rice and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
