Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, cajun seasoning, and lemon juice.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in a baking dish and pour the cajun honey butter over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
