- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same pan, add bell peppers and onions. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
