Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Add Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture and stir until melted.
- Drain rigatoni and mix with the creamy sauce.
- Serve rigatoni topped with Cajun chicken bites.
