Cajun chicken bites served with creamy garlic herb Alfredo twists.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
- Spread chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and add garlic, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce.
- Serve chicken bites over fettuccine and garnish with parsley.
