Description

  • Salt, for pasta water

Instructions

  2. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.
  3. Reserve some pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
  4. In a large bowl, mix hot spaghetti with grated Pecorino Romano.
  5. Add freshly cracked black pepper and mix well, adding reserved pasta water to achieve desired creaminess.
  6. Serve immediately with more cheese and pepper on top.
