- Salt, for pasta water
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.
- Reserve some pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
- In a large bowl, mix hot spaghetti with grated Pecorino Romano.
- Add freshly cracked black pepper and mix well, adding reserved pasta water to achieve desired creaminess.
- Serve immediately with more cheese and pepper on top.
