  • Tomato sauce: 2 cups (about 480 ml)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by blanching the whole head in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften the leaves.
  2. Make the filling by sautéing onion and garlic in olive oil, then mixing with ground beef, cooked rice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble the cabbage rolls by placing filling in the cabbage leaves and rolling them tightly.
  4. Cook the rolls in a baking dish with tomato sauce at 350°F (175°C) for 45-60 minutes.
