Delicious butterscotch marshmallow squares.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butterscotch chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store squares in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips for a different flavor.
- Use parchment paper for easier removal from the pan.
