- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Melt butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in mini marshmallows and nuts (if using).
- Spread the mixture over the graham cracker base.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
