Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal and nuts.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and mix well.
  4. Press mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  5. Let cool and cut into squares.
