Delicious butterscotch crunchies that are quick to make and satisfying to eat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup rice cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal and nuts.
- Add mini marshmallows and mix well.
- Press mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips for butterscotch chips.
