  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and celery until soft.
  3. Add butternut squash and cook until tender.
  4. Combine sautéed mixture with bread cubes, cranberries, and pecans.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and season with sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
