- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash.
- In a large bowl, mix the squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and golden.
- Serve warm.
