- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle walnuts on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
