- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk and ranch seasoning.
- Soak chicken in the buttermilk mixture for at least 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
- Dredge chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
