  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix buttermilk and ranch seasoning.
  3. Soak chicken in the buttermilk mixture for at least 1 hour.
  4. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Dredge chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
  7. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
