Delicious mini pies with a buttery crust, filled with caramel and topped with Butterfinger pieces.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into mini pie tins to form the crust.
- Fill each crust with caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger on top of the caramel.
- Brush the edges of the crust with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with whipped cream if desired.
- Adjust the amount of caramel based on your preference.
