Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly.
- Add granulated sugar and mix well.
- Press the dough into a tart pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, and vanilla.
- Pour the filling into the tart crust.
- Add raisins or pecans if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use a fork to prick the crust before baking for better texture.
