Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into tart pans to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla.
  5. If using, stir in raisins.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crusts.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
