Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pot, boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and toss potatoes with 2 tbsp butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. In a skillet, melt remaining butter over medium-high heat.
  6. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve steak bites with garlic herb potatoes.
