- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Spread whipped topping over the cake.
- Sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans.
