This butter pecan ice cream recipe combines rich flavors of butter and toasted pecans.

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped

Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the pecans and toast them until golden.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
- Stir in the butter and pecans mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
