- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the butter pecan cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Mix until well blended.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips, if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For softer cookies, do not overbake.
- Feel free to add other mix-ins like dried fruit.
