Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and sugar, then mix until crumbly.
- Pour in the milk and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips or nuts for variation.
