Ingredients

- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Place the burrata on top of the salad.
- Serve immediately.
