Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments as desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Add a slice of cheese on each patty and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the oven for 3 minutes.
- Assemble your burgers with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
