A spicy Korean grilled chicken dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with marinade.
- Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
- For extra flavor, grill the chicken instead of pan-frying.
