Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with marinade.
  3. Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
