Description

Buffalo-Style Deviled Eggs are a spicy twist on the classic appetizer. They combine creamy egg yolks with tangy buffalo sauce for a bold flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and cool them in cold water.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Chill before serving.
