Description
Buffalo-Style Deviled Eggs are a spicy twist on the classic appetizer. They combine creamy egg yolks with tangy buffalo sauce for a bold flavor.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and cool them in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Use a piping bag for a decorative finish.
- These can be made a day in advance.
