- 8 small flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
