- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Layer the cooked rice at the bottom of a serving bowl.
- Add the black beans and corn on top of the rice.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the beans and corn.
- Add the diced tomatoes and avocado slices.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
