A delicious dessert roll filled with chocolate and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 package of chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled cake.
- Roll the cake tightly from one end to the other.
- Chill the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening together.
- Remove the roll from the refrigerator and dip it in the melted chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftover rolls in the refrigerator.
- Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
- Adjust the sweetness of the filling to your taste.
