Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
- Pour batter into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let it cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Melt dark chocolate with milk and let it cool.
- Spread whipped cream on the cooled cake.
- Roll the cake tightly and place it seam side down.
- Frost with melted chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for better volume.
- Keep the cake rolled while cooling to maintain shape.
- Decorate with berries or nuts for presentation.
