Ingredients

  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
  4. Pour batter into a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let it cool completely.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Melt dark chocolate with milk and let it cool.
  9. Spread whipped cream on the cooled cake.
  10. Roll the cake tightly and place it seam side down.
  11. Frost with melted chocolate.
  12. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
